Planet Zorg - Game Definitions

Free mmorpg

MMORPG - massively multiplayer online role playing game. This is where hundreds of people sign up and play a game, and in the game you have a role, such as attacking other countries, whilst improving your own.

Tick based

Tick based game means that the game is advanced each tick. A tick will happen at a certain time, such as every 10 seconds. During this time the game is moved forward, such as battles being fought, researches completing, and various other things.

Text based

Text based game means that the game does not contain moving images, movies or flash objects. it in fact means that the game is illustrated through text, meaning you dont need to wait ages for objects and images to laod.
